Simple Recipes: Throat Lozenge drops

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Honey

2 Teaspoons of ginger powder

1/4 cup of water

1 whole lime/lemon.


Instructions:

Pour ingredients to pot.

Bring to a boil.

Take off heat, stir, and then put back onto heat, whisk or stir again, as it browns.


Use spoon to pour portions into ice or silicone tray, and let cool until it solidifies by leaving in refrigerator overnight.


Alternative option:

Dust sugar powder onto parchment paper on a tray, put a teaspoon of warm mixed ingredients onto dusted parchment and tray.


Put into refrigerator to cool and solidify.


Tidbits: If consistency doesn't have the desired end result, ingredients can be used as a soothing throat tea remedy, with 1tsp to 4-6 oz cup.
